This is a pretty vintage 1920's embroidered Hungarian peasant dress. This dress is made of embroidered cream cotton voile and has rows of decorative smock pleating at the waist and on the short sleeves.

This lightweight vintage dress has brown, peach, and tan embroidery and cutwork on both the bodice and the skirt. The dress closes with side snaps. This dress is close to 100 years old and is in excellent condition considering it has led a previous life, and may tell its story through some very minor wear!

Estimated size: 4/6, it is meant to be worn loosely fitting so it could even be worn by a size 2, but please use measurements as a guide for the best fit. The shoulders tend to be the area of fit concern for the earlier dresses.
